Leading qualification provider NCFE has appointed one of the North East’s leading marketing specialists as its new Director of Business Development. Julie Armstrong has 20 years’ experience in marketing and sales across both the public and private sectors and arrives at NCFE, based on St James’ Boulevard, from a role as marketing director at a market-leader in the further education, training and skills sector.
