The Board of Agrokultura receives request by Steenord Corp. to convene an EGM to inter alia elect new directors of the board

The Board of Agrokultura has received a request from the company’s largest shareholder Steenord Corp. to convene an EGM where resolution on remuneration for the Board will be adopted and new directors of the Board will be elected. Steenord Corp. has in its request proposed that Achim Lukas is elected as new director and chairman of the Board and Werner Kuester is elected as new director.
