Ahlsell divests non-core subsidiary in machine tools, production equipment and machine services

Ahlsell Sverige AB has signed an agreement to divest the subsidiary Ahlsell Maskin AB, an engineering-industry distributor of machine tools, heavy production equipment and machine services. The company became a part of Ahlsell through the acquisition of Tibnor Industrivaruhus in 2001 and is not considered to be an Ahlsell core business. The company has 26 employees and annual revenues of approximately MSEK 80.
