Pursuant to Chapter 2, Section 10 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act we inform that Stiftelsen Tre Smeder's share of voting rights in Aktia Bank plc has decreased to below 20.00% on 21 August 2013.

On 21 August 2013, Stiftelsen Tre Smeder owns a total of 6,852,141 shares and 88,176,245 voting rights in Aktia plc. Thus Stiftelsen Tre Smeder now holds 10.29% (10.35%) of Aktia Bank plc's shares and 19.85% (20.02%) of voting rights.
