At its meeting on 11 December 2012, Aktia plc's Board of Supervisors re-elected the present members of the Board of Directors Jannica Fagerholm, Hans Frantz, Kjell Hedman, Nils Lampi, Catharina von Stackelberg-Hammarén, Dag Wallgren and Nina Wilkman.

Sten Eklundh, 52, M.Sc. (Econ.) was elected new member of the Board.

Dag Wallgren was re-appointed Chairman and Nina Wilkman Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors.

All elections are for the calendar year 2013.

Sten Eklundh resigns from his position as member of the Board of Supervisors of Aktia plc on 31 December 2012.
