Wiener Wohnen, the largest municipal housing company in Europe, increases focus on customer driven real estate management. After a detailed due diligence and an official European procurement, AktivBo was selected as partner for tenant surveys and customer satisfaction improvements for the coming 6 years.
Making data driven decisions
Being a property owner of more than 220.000 homes has its challenges and requires a solid understanding of customer needs and how to improve their living situation.
