Statement from the Board of Directors of Allgon AB with regards to today’s media reporting

In light of today’s media reporting regarding a bid for Allgon AB, the company’s Board of Directors wants to make the following statement.

There have been discussions with The Board of Directors of Allgon regarding a potential offer for the company. These are discontinued and there are currently no such discussions ongoing between the company and any potential bidder.
