Alligo acquires Liukkosen Pultti in Finland

Tools Finland Oy, a company within the Alligo Group, has entered into an agreement to acquire 100 per cent of the shares in the Finnish company Liukkosen Pultti Oy. Liukkosen Pultti runs a store in Lahti, selling workwear and tools and the acquisition strengthens Alligo’s presence in the Finnish market.

Liukkosen Pultti has an annual turnover of approximately EUR 4,5 million with solid margin, is family-owned and has 12 employees.

"The acquisition supports our ambition to grow in Finland. The new store complements our existing store in Lahti, which mainly provides tools and broadens our range to include workwear. By integrating the two businesses and introducing sales of our own brands, we will be able to drive growth and profitability", says Mika Kärki, Country Manager at Alligo.

The acquisition is expected to be completed in early February.
