    Alligo consolidates its concept brands in the Nordic region

    Alligo is taking the next step to integrate its operations by having one primary brand on each market. In Sweden, it will be Swedol that customers see in stores and online, while on the Norwegian and Finnish markets it will be TOOLS.As a result, the company’s Grolls stores will be changing their name to Swedol in Sweden and to TOOLS in Finland.     The Board of Directors of Alligo AB (publ) has through the authorization given by Annual General Meeting held on 24 May 2023, decided to repurchase its own Class B shares.The aim of the repurchase is to enable financing of future acquisitions of companies or businesses with own shares and to adapt the Group’s capital structure.     Alligo has entered into an agreement to acquire 100 per cent of the shares in the Finnish company Kitakone Oy.
