Alligo acquires Workwear AS in Norway

Alligo has entered into an agreement to acquire 100 percent of the shares in the Norwegian company Workwear AS. Workwear AS has operations in Oslo and Gjøvik and sells workwear and personal protection equipment.

Workwear has an annual turnover of approximately NOK 27 million and has nine employees.

-          With Alligo as owner, we can offer existing and new customers a wider range and develop our business. It also gives us good conditions for continued profitable growth, says Per Roger Granvoll, CEO Workwear AS.

 

-          Well-managed businesses with a strong local presence such as Workwear fits well into Alligo's acquisition strategy and will strengthen our position in the Oslo area, says Clein Ullenvik, President and CEO of Alligo.

The acquisition was completed on June 14, 2024.
