Alligo continues to strengthen its position in welding - acquires Sundholm Welding AB
Alligo has entered into an agreement on 28 June to acquire 100 percent of the shares in the Swedish company Sundholm Welding AB. The company operates shops in Köping and Eskilstuna and specialises in the sale and service of welding machines and related equipment.
Sundholm Welding AB has an annual turnover of approximately SEK 23 million and has six employees.
- We look forward to being part of a leading Nordic group like Alligo, which is constantly developing and improving its business, says Johan Sundholm, CEO and owner of Sundholm Welding AB.
- Sundholm Welding fits in well with Alligo's growth strategy. Over the past year, we have acquired five well-managed and profitable welding companies with combined annual sales of approximately SEK 250 million. This gives Alligo a strong Nordic position in welding services, with good opportunities for further growth, says Clein Ullenvik, President and CEO of Alligo.
The acquisition was completed on 1 July 2024.
