Alligo acquires Magnusson Agentur AB

Alligo has acquired all shares in Magnusson Agentur AB. Magnussons has a store in Vinslöv that sells profile products and workwear. The company will be run as a subsidiary of Mercus Yrkeskläder AB.

 Magnussons has sales of approximately SEK 27 million with good profitability and six employees. The acquisition strengthens Alligo's position in profile products and workwear.

- Magnussons will be a good addition to us at Mercus and the Alligo Group. We want to maintain the fine brand and identity that is Magnussons, at the same time as we will use the advantages that exist in that they become part of a larger group, says Anders Larsson, CEO of Mercus Yrkeskläder AB.
