Momentum Group acquires industrial reseller Imatran Pultti in Finland

TOOLS Finland Oy, a subsidiary in the Momentum Group, has signed an agreement to acquire 100 percent of the shares in Imatran Pultti Oy with its subsidiary Beranger Oy (”Imatran Pultti”). The acquisition further strengthens TOOLS’ position as a leading supplier to Finnish industry. The acquired businesses generate combined annual revenue of approximately MEUR 5 with favourable profitability and have 11 employees. Imatran Pultti will be part of Momentum Group’s business area Alligo.

Imatran Pultti has two stores in Imatra in southeast Finland that offer personal protective equipment, tools, fasteners, and industrial components.

Closing is scheduled to take place at the end of April 2021. The acquisition is expected to have a marginal positive effect on Momentum Group’s earnings per share during the current financial year.
