Momentum Group acquires workwear specialist RAF Romerike Arbeidstøy in Norway

Alligo, a business area of Momentum Group, has acquired 100 % of the shares in RAF Romerike Arbeidstøy AS. The acquisition further reinforces Alligo’s position as a leading partner to industries and construction companies in Norway. The acquired company has an annual turnover of around NOK 16 million with solid margins.

RAF Romerike Arbeidstøy AS has two stores in Romerike outside Oslo and sells workwear and personal protective equipment (PPE).

– Through the acquisition of RAF we strengthen our position in workwear and PPE in the Oslo area, says Jens Kr. Henriksen, Country Manager for Alligo in Norway.

Closing takes place immediately and the acquisition is expected to have a marginal positive effect on Momentum Group’s earnings per share during the current financial year.
