Momentum Group AB (publ) signed an agreement today to acquire 100 percent of the shares in Intertechna AB (“Intertechna”). The acquisition of Intertechna, a specialist company in digitised maintenance for industry, further strengthens Momentum Group’s position as a leading supplier of industrial components and related services to Swedish industry. Intertechna generates annual revenue of approximately MSEK 25 and has eight employees. Closing is expected to take place on 1 October 2021.

Since the late 1980s, Intertechna has been a leading company in Sweden specialising in digitised maintenance for industrial production, focusing on customers in such areas as the pulp and paper industry and the automotive industry. The company supplies systems and services for operation and maintenance as well as measuring and calibration. Over time, the company’s operations have also grown to include installation of and support for software related to the area. The company has its own accredited calibration laboratory as well as an electronic workshop.
