YET ANOTHER GREEN LEASE SIGNED WITH COLONY
Colony has signed a green lease with SSH Communications Security Oyj for approximately 1,000 square meters. SSH will move in during the fall of 2024.

Colony Pitäjänmäki is a striking building built partly in glass at a prime location in Pitäjänmäki. Commuting is simple with Huopalahti train station within walking distance and Jokeri Light Rail stops right by the building. With ample parking and direct access to Vihti highway this is an ideal location for a company’s headquarters.
The building has a leasable area of 18,500 sqm, a BREEAM environmental certification, and features a bright and communal lobby space, meeting rooms suitable for various collaborations, ranging from smaller meeting rooms to a large seminar hall, as well as office spaces that encourage productivity.
