Nytida acquires Alpklyftan

Nytida, a part of Ambea group, acquires Alpklyftan AB. The acquisition includes three HVB homes (homes for care or residence) and two transitional living apartments for children and young people aged 14-21 years. 

The operations includes 24 placements and 19 employees. Revenue for 2023 was 25 MSEK. The company was founded in 1995 and is located in central Gothenburg. The acquisition was closed on May 2, 2024.
