Nytida acquires Evus Omsorg

Nytida, a part of Ambea group, acquires Evus Omsorg AB. The acquisition includes three assisted living facilities and two daily activity centers.

Evus Omsorg was founded in 2015 and the units are in Södertälje, Nyköping, Nacka, Skogås and Sorunda. The operations include 51 placements and 31 employees. Revenue for 2023 was SEK 40 million. The acquisition was closed on June 3, 2024.
