Anora’s financial reporting and Annual General Meeting in 2024
Anora will publish financial reports in 2024 as follows:
14 February 2024: Financial Statements Bulletin for 2023
7 May 2024: Interim Report for January-March 2024
20 August 2024: Half-Year Report for January-June 2024
7 November 2024: Interim Report for January-September 2024
These financial reports will be published at approximately 8:30 a.m. Finnish time. Anora applies a silent period of 30 days before the publication of financial reports.
The Annual Report 2023 including the financial statements, Board of Directors' report, the Corporate Governance statement and the remuneration report will be published in English and Finnish as a PDF file on Anora’s website by the end of week 12. The Annual Report includes also the Sustainability Report.
Anora Group Plc’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2024 is planned to be held on Wednesday 17 April 2024 in Helsinki. The Board of Directors will summon the AGM later.
A shareholder may request that a matter falling under the authority of the General Meeting of Shareholders shall be placed on the agenda of the AGM. To this effect, a written request should be sent to the Board of Directors by e-mail to investor.relations@anora.com on Wednesday 31 January 2024 at the latest.
