Apetit Plc: The sale of the Estonian Grain Trade business to Scandagra completed

On 28 December 2021, Apetit has announced that its subsidiary Avena Nordic Grain has signed an agreement to sell the Baltic operations of the Grain Trade business to Scandagra Group. The sale covers the business and assets of Avena’s companies in Estonia and Lithuania.

The requirements of closing the sale concerning the Estonian company have been fulfilled and the transaction has been completed on 10 March 2022.

The completion of the sale of the Lithuanian company is awaiting the approval of the local competition authorities. As previously estimated, the transaction is expected to close during the first quarter of 2022.
