Appspotr Asia is now, with the support of Novel Unicorn, in final talks regarding additional deals with strategic partners in China. The deals are connected to the second milestone in the cooperation agreement between Appspotr and Novel Unicorn.The cooperation agreement between Appspotr and Novel Unicorn was structured around five milestones, where the first two were to sign deals that lays the groundwork for reaching the sales targets in the last three. For each milestone reached, Novel Unicorn is granted warrants for shares in Appspotr while Appspotr’s ownership in Appspotr Asia increases.

Alipay payment solution in place - first milestone reached

Apple has updated its guidelines for publication to the App Store, which means that one can now freely publish apps to the App Store via AppSpotr.Note! This is a newsletter and not a press release. AppSpotr signs MoU with a Chinese company for restaurant apps

AppSpotr has, via the partly owned subsidiary AppSpotr Asia, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Chinese company Mishu Technology (MST) to deliver apps to restaurants. The apps will be used for app based marketing, table reservations, ordering of takeout and mobile payments.As a first step, AppSpotr and MST will launch a joint pilot project to build and test the solution in up to 1 000 restaurants. AppSpotr takes the first step on Asia journey

AppSpotr has signed an agreement with the Hong Kong-based company APPTUTTi and thereby taken the first step towards building a strong market position in China and Asia.APPTUTTi is a company that offers services to establish apps on the Chinese market. AppSpotr signs deal to go after the Asian market

AppSpotr AB have entered into a cooperation agreement with the Hong Kong based investment company Novel Unicorn Ltd (“Novel Unicorn”) regarding the Asian market. If all milestones within the agreement are reached Novel Unicorn becomes AppSpotr’s new main owner and AppSpotr gains a strong position in the Asian market.
