    Changes to AQ Group´s Nomination Committee

    On October 15, 2024, the Nomination Committee for AQ Group was made public prior to the Annual General Meeting 2025. According to the instruction for the Nomination Committee, changes in the Nomination Committee shall be made public as soon as such changes has occurred. The shareholder ODIN Fonder has today announced that Peter Nygren from today, will replace Hans Christian Bratterud as member of Nomination Committee for AQ Group.     On September 26, 2024 the subsidiary of AQ Group, AQ Engineering AB signed an agreement with TechROi AB to acquire 100% of the shares in TechROi Engineering AB and TechROi Scandinavia AB, who develop and construct components and systems to demanding customers within vehicle, aerospace and gas turbine industry. The companies had a turnover of SEK 55m in 2023, an operating margin below AQ average and have 38 employees. Operations are conducted in Trollhättan and Gothenburg.     On July 10, 2024, AQ Group AB acquired and took over 100% of the shares in Rockford Components Limited, which manufactures and supplies wire harnesses and electromechanical systems to customers in the defense, aerospace, and general industries.     During May 2024, the number of shares and votes in AQ Group AB (publ) increased from 18,294,058 to 91,470,290.     Today, AQ Group AB (publ) held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) which, inter alia, elected the Board, adopted the 2023 annual accounts, granted the Board and the CEO discharge from liability, and resolved on authorization for the Board to decide on a new issue of shares, a warrant-based incentive program, amendment of the articles of association, and on a share split. The AGM also resolved that dividends shall be paid and that the Board’s remuneration report for 2023 is approved.   At the meeting, 60,97 percent of the total amount of shares and votes in the company were represented.

    AQ Group finalizes the acquisition of JIT Mech

    AQ Group AB signed on March 11, 2024, an agreement to acquire 100% of the shares in JIT Mech se Industri AB with the subsidiaries JIT Mech i Robertsfors AB and JIT Mech i Örnsköldsvik AB. The transaction is subject to, and conditioned by, declaration to The Inspectorate of Strategic Products (ISP), in accordance with the FDI Act (Foreign Direct Investment).     AQ Group acquires JIT Mech

    AQ Group AB has on March 11, 2024 signed an agreement with JIT Mech se Förvaltning AB and Monen Holding AB to acquire 100% of the shares in JIT Mech se Industri AB with the subsidiaries JIT Mech i Robertsfors AB and JIT Mech i Örnsköldsvik AB.
