AQ Elteknik AB acquires Anton Johanssons Rostfria Verkstads AB
AQ Elteknik AB has on June 30, 2015, signed an agreement with Mats Flood Produktion AB to buy 100 % of the shares of Anton Johanssons Rostfria Verkstads AB. The purchase price is SEK 5.8 million and the transaction will be made as a cash transaction.
The takeover will take place on July 1, 2015.
Anton Johanssons Rostfria Verkstads AB manufactures components in stainless steel to customers with special and unique requirements, e.g. to the laboratory and medical device industry. The company has a turnover of approximately SEK 30 million and employs 24 people.
