AQ Wiring Systems AB acquires MiniCon AB

AQ Wiring Systems AB has on July 1 acquired all shares of MiniCon AB with annual sales of approximately SEK 10 million.

MiniCon is a company specializing in the sales of connection technology products to the aerospace and defense industry and to civil industry such as robot manufacturers, machine builders and telecom companies. The company works directly with a number of world-leading manufacturers of connectors, rear covers, automatic fuses, relays and tools such as crimping tools, electronic tongs and torque tools.

"AQ Wiring Systems delivers customized electrical systems & wiring systems to the defense, medical and forest industries. The acquisition of MiniCon is a very good complement to us, as we gain access to expertise on the component side and together we become a comprehensive supplier.", says Jenny Gerdin, Managing Director of AQ Wiring Systems AB.
