Washington's Lake Quinault Lodge is hosting a very Olympic Peninsula ChristmasLake Quinault Lodge is hosting a uniquely Olympic Peninsula Christmas this year complete with a visit from Santa on his llama-driven sleigh. “We don’t have any reindeer in Quinault, but we do have llamas,” says Hiedi Olson, manager at Lake Quinault Lodge. “They are Santa’s preferred mode of transportation when he visits the lodge on Christmas Eve.” The family-style Christmas at Lake Quinault Lodge starts on Christmas Eve with Santa’s arrival at 6 p.m. Children can take their photos with Santa and his llama
