Foreign Employers Must Register Temporary Workers with the Swedish Work Environment Authority
Foreign companies that post employees to work in Sweden for more than five days are liable to notify this to the Swedish Work Environment Authority. The law that regulates this comes into force on 1 July 2013.“All who work in Sweden shall have the right to a safe working environment.
