Arctic Gold AB (ARCT): Leading competence in the mining industry recruited to the company's Board of Directors
Arctic Gold's nomination committee proposes Stefan Månsson as a new Director of the Board to be elected at the annual general meeting. Stefan Månsson who has been the Managing Director for Galmoy Mines LTD in Ireland will contribute much valuable competence in the mining industry. Månsson has also worked at Zinkgruvan in Sweden and several other mining projects in Sweden as well as in other countries.
Stefan Månsson has a mining degree from Kungliga Tekniska Högskolan in Stockholm and has also completed several leadership training programs. Månsson has been a Director on the Board in SweMin during several years as well as Chairman in the irish Mining and Exploration Group (IMEG).
Stefan Månsson has been active as a mining geologist and mine manager as well as the person responsible for production and the processing plant at AB Statsgruvor. After some years as a consultant with his own company during the 90's he became the mine manager and later on the CEO at Zinkgruvan. From 2006 until recently Stefan Månsson was the Managing Director at Galmoy Mines Ltd in Ireland.
