    Invitation to Arjo’s Capital Markets Update on January 30th, 2025

    Arjo invites analysts, institutional investors and media to a Capital Markets Update at GT30, Grev Turegatan 30, in Stockholm on January 30th, in conjunction with the release of the company’s year-end report 2024. Possibility to join digitally will be offered as well, with the option of asking questions online. The day will begin at 09:00 CET with a review of the year-end report. This will be followed by presentations from President and CEO Joacim Lindoff, CFO Niclas Sjöswärd and Jonas Cederhage, EVP Supply Chain and R&D. The program is expected to finish no later than 12:00 CET.

    Arjo announces financial consequences of terminated distribution agreement with Bruin Biometrics

    In line with previous communication, Arjo has during the fourth quarter terminated the distribution agreement with Bruin Biometrics and has now accordingly divested related assets. Consequently, exceptional items will be charged with 55 million SEK in the fourth quarter related to this. The amount consists of a non-cash book value of 70 million SEK related to inventory, rental assets and remaining distribution rights, as well as a positively cash flow affecting compensation of approximately 15 million SEK from the divestment of these to Bruin Biometrics.     Arjo not extending distribution agreement for Provizio® SEM scanner – no impact to the Group’s 2024 outlook

    Arjo has decided not to extend the distribution agreement for Bruin Biometrics’ Provizio SEM scanner. The reason is that the parties are too far apart in terms of expected commercial development. Arjo’s outlook of 3-5% organic net sales growth for 2024 stands firm.   The exclusive distribution agreement of 4+2 years was part of a deal that Arjo and Bruin Biometrics (BBI) made in 2020.     Niclas Sjöswärd appointed new CFO at Arjo

    Niclas Sjöswärd has been appointed new CFO at Arjo. Niclas most recently comes from the role of Vice President Corporate Control at Getinge, and his previous positions include CFO of Getinge’s Acute Care Therapies business area.
