    Arjo publishes summary of the result for Q4 2024

    In light of this morning’s communication that Joacim Lindoff is leaving his position as CEO of Arjo and to avoid speculation, Arjo is releasing a summary of the year-end report for 2024 before the publication of the complete year-end report on January 30.     The Board of Directors of Arjo and Joacim Lindoff have come to an agreement which implicates Joacim leaving his position as President & CEO of Arjo, a role he has held since 2017. Niclas Sjöswärd, currently CFO of Arjo, has been appointed interim President & CEO. The process of recruiting a new CEO will be initiated immediately.     Invitation to Arjo’s Capital Markets Update on January 30th, 2025

    Arjo invites analysts, institutional investors and media to a Capital Markets Update at GT30, Grev Turegatan 30, in Stockholm on January 30th, in conjunction with the release of the company’s year-end report 2024. Possibility to join digitally will be offered as well, with the option of asking questions online. The day will begin at 09:00 CET with a review of the year-end report.     Arjo announces financial consequences of terminated distribution agreement with Bruin Biometrics

    In line with previous communication, Arjo has during the fourth quarter terminated the distribution agreement with Bruin Biometrics and has now accordingly divested related assets. Consequently, exceptional items will be charged with 55 million SEK in the fourth quarter related to this.     Arjo not extending distribution agreement for Provizio® SEM scanner – no impact to the Group’s 2024 outlook

    Arjo has decided not to extend the distribution agreement for Bruin Biometrics’ Provizio SEM scanner. The reason is that the parties are too far apart in terms of expected commercial development. Arjo’s outlook of 3-5% organic net sales growth for 2024 stands firm.   The exclusive distribution agreement of 4+2 years was part of a deal that Arjo and Bruin Biometrics (BBI) made in 2020.
