Disclosure of divestment of Ortivus shares.

It is hereby announced that two US based funds, Arrow Partners LP and Armour Capital Partners LP, have on September 13, 2005 divested their entire holding of shares in Ortivus AB (publ) consisting of 366 343 class A shares and 1 388 000 class B shares representing 24.7 per cent of the of the total number of votes and 12.7 per cent of the registered share capital in Ortivus AB (publ) 2005-09-14 Arrow Partners LP/ Armour Capital Partners LP
