Issuance and allotment of debentures in Arte Collectum I AB (PUBL) – Second closing

The Board of Directors in Arte Collectum I AB (publ) (the “Fund”) has on 1 November 2022 resolved upon an issue and allotment of debentures with ISIN code SE0017485808 (“Debentures”) equal to a total nominal amount of EUR 8,830,000 in accordance with the base prospectus (Sw. grundprospekt) and final terms (Sw. slutliga villkor) published on the Fund’s website. This is the second of the total of two issues in the Fund.

The newly issued Debentures are planned to be admitted to trading on the Nordic AIF segment at Nordic Main Regulated (NGM) on Friday, 4 November 2022.
