The proposals from the Board of Directors and Election Committee were approved by Aspiro’s Annual General Meeting (AGM), which was held today.

Appropriations
The AGM resolved to balance the loss to carry forward of SEK –27 836 573,48.

Resolutions on the Board of Directors and Directors’ Fees
In accordance with the Election Committee’s proposal, Lars Boilesen, Peter Pay, Gisle Glück Evensen and Åsa Sundberg were re-elected, and Trond Berger was elected as new Board member. Trond Berger was elected as Chairman of the Board of Directors. Directors’ fees will amount to a total of SEK 750,000, of which SEK 250,000 to the chairman and SEK 125,000 to each of the other Board members.

Resolution on Guidelines for Remuneration of Senior Executives
The AGM approved the Board of Directors’ proposed guidelines for remuneration to senior executives. The proposed guidelines were mainly in accordance with the guidelines approved by the AGM of 2010. The AGM approved the
new employment contract with the CEO, Gunnar Sellæg, entered by the Board of Director's on 17 February 2011, involving remuneration on termination totaling 18 months’ salary with a division of a six-month notice period and 12 months’ severance pay.
