Acquisition strengthens Assemblin’s ventilation expertise in Norrköping and Nyköping
Assemblin Ventilation has acquired NewVent Norrköping AB (”NewVent”) through an asset deal. NewVent operates in Norrköping and Nyköping (Sweden), has seven employees and annual sales of approximately SEK 12 million.
NewVent was founded in 2014 and offers project management, installation and service of ventilation technology, mandatory ventilation checks, as well as fine-tuning of ventilation systems. Customers include property companies, major installation companies, smaller construction companies, industrial companies, tenant-owner housing associations and private individuals.
“NewVent will be a strong addition to our operations in the area around Norrköping and Nyköping, where we have recently secured several new assignments and need to increase our capacity. Already being acquainted, we are aware that we hold a shared view on culture and quality – a prerequisite for a successful collaboration,” says Håkan Ekvall, CEO of Assemblin Ventilation Sweden.
The acquisition is expected to be finalised in January 2025.
