Given that 2023 brought considerable challenges, I am very pleased that we achieved growth of 9.1 percent while the adjusted EBITA margin increased from 7.0 to 7.2 percent.

During our first ten years, we have built up a stable business, but in order to support our customers in a better way, and continue to develop our business, we need more resources and a larger network.

We are very pleased to have again been entrusted with performing a complex project for AstraZeneca. This assignment demonstrates Assemblin’s strength as a multi-technical partner in major industrial projects.

Healthcare buildings are often complex and, in this case, rigorous demands are imposed in terms of quality and usability. Assemblin has extensive experience of such assignments and is very pleased to be participating in this exciting project.

This will be a key installation project in southern Sweden, and we are looking forward to contributing to this exciting project in close cooperation with our clients and other parties involved.

Assemblin continues to deliver stable profitability at a favourable level. In the third quarter, the EBITA margin amounted to 6.7 percent (6.7), contributing to our now having an adjusted EBITA margin of 7.1 percent (7.0) on a rolling 12-month basis.

Lindsells is a stable and reputable service company offering energy optimisation expertise for a customer segment with great opportunities but in which we are not currently very strong.

Together with Görtz Fastigheter AB and the other actors involved, we are very pleased to have been entrusted with contributing to an efficient construction process and a positive end result.

M3 Installation has a well-established and well-managed organisation with skilled employees and an impressively high proportion of satisfied, loyal customers. We are very pleased with this acquisition, which gives us a good foothold in the Stockholm area.

The order intake for the quarter comprised a large number of small and medium-sized project assignments, totalling SEK 3,976 (3,413) million.

Assemblin has profiled itself as a significant player with experience in a large number of projects within care and social welfare buildings. We are proud to have again been entrusted with a role in such an extensive assignment.

We have grown strongly over the past year and, to continue growing, we need more resources and more muscle. An important part in choosing Assemblin was our shared view on culture, quality and earnings.

We have a high production rate throughout our operations and sales have risen by 18.4 percent to SEK 3,654 million (3,086), meaning that we now have sales of more than SEK 14 billion on a rolling twelve-months basis.

Although our Norwegian installation operations have focused on heating and sanitation for several years now, we have in recent years grown to become a solid player also in electrical and ventilation.

The RA Group is a well-functioning electrical- and security company with extensive experience and many satisfied customers. It’s unique retail niche favourably complements our existing operations.

Major clients, in both the private and public sectors, prefer that we predominantly assign permanent employees to our projects.

Assemblin has extensive experience with underground ventilation installations, which can be somewhat challenging.

Assemblin has extensive experience of projects involving healthcare buildings and we are familiar with the requirements that must be met. We are also proud to currently be in the planning phase for another major assignment in the healthcare segment.

Our major clients, in both the private and public sectors, want us to use our own, permanent employees as much as possible in our project assignments.

We believe that solar cell installations represent a strong and growing trend that is set to continue. Assemblin has the ambition, networks and structures needed for an initiative in solar cell installations.

Enex is a good fit with our stated commitment to energy-efficient and sustainable installation solutions, and we are pleased to welcome its employees and customers to the Assemblin family.

Despite our tremendous pride in what we have built and achieved to date, we remain keenly aware that no installation company is better than its most recently secured and completed assignment. This insight spurs us on, driving us to continuously develop our operations and service.

Samsons Rör is a well-run heating and sanitation company with a good reputation and a high degree of expertise.

This security assignment will be the largest current project for our security operations and consolidates our market leading position, of which we are very proud.

With its good reputation in the market MIS, favourably complements our existing service operations in Jönköping.

Sydel will complement our current operations in Kristianstad well. Besides gaining a stronger local position, we will be broadening our expertise in the segment.

Our strong focus on profitability and cash flow continues to yield results thanks to hard work with operational improvements. For the first time, we have now achieved an adjusted EBITA margin of 7 per cent on a rolling 12-month basis, which we are very proud of.

This technology-intensive project imposes ambitious demands on flexibility, durability and a high rate of production, which, combined with some of the space becoming advanced laboratory environments, imposes specific requirements on our installation solutions. We look forward to resolving this stimulating challenge alongside Skanska in a highly skilled team and in close collaboration with our client.

The new Government Quarter is one of the largest Norwegian construction projects ever and we are very proud to be part of this development project. It places high demands on quality, safety, work environment safety and sustainability, which are also important focus areas for us at Assemblin.

I am extremely happy to finally be able to welcome the employees and customers of the Fidelix Group to Assemblin. Alongside Fidelix, EcoGuard, Lansen and Larmia, we are broadening and deepening our building automation offering, further strengthening our position in this exciting and expansive area. Together we take a leading position in BMS with 8 – 10 per cent market share across Finland and Sweden.

Assemblin has the necessary expertise and organisation to take responsibility for installation and servicing of the charging points themselves. Now we also have both the billing system and resources in place. Assemblin Charge is an entirely unique solution and it feels great to be able to actively contribute to the transition to a carbon-neutral society.

Essén Rör is a well-managed and profitable company with a sound culture and a focus on quality, which fits well with Assemblin’s profile. Together, we will be in a strong position for continued expansion in the Närke region.

This is an extremely exciting and complex project that we are pleased to have been entrusted with carrying out. As a general contractor, it is our responsibility to ensure a properly constructed and reliable facility for AstraZeneca’s drug production.
