Assemblin in Norway strengthens ventilation installation capacity with an acquisition
Assemblin's Norwegian operations have acquired the ventilation company Skaugen Blikk og Ventilasjon with operations in the Drammen region, an annual turnover of approximately 15 MNOK and 7 employees.
Skaugen Blikk og Ventilasjon was established in 1999 and is a strong ventilation company with high competence. The head office is located in Hokksund, where the business also includes a specialised workshop. Among customers are several ventilation contractors and smaller construction contractors in the Drammen region.
"We have had a high order intake in 2023 and wish to strengthen our ventilation operations with execution capacity. We have collaborated with Skaugen Blikk and Ventilasjon in the past, and are very impressed by the high level of competence in the company. This acquisition complements our existing ventilation operations in well, and we now have the capacity to further carry out larger ventilation assignments with our own employees, ensuring better control over quality and costs", says Stein Arne Sværen, Manager of Assemblin Ventilation in Norway.
The acquisition means that Assemblin's current machinery and equipment park in Mjøndalen will be moved to Hokksund.
