Assemblin Electrical strengthens its position in the Stockholm region by acquiring M3 Installation AB
In the beginning of July, Assemblin Electrical acquired electrical installation company M3 Installation AB (“M3 Installation”) with operations in Stockholm, annual sales of about SEK 35 million and 21 employees.
M3 Installation AB began operating in 2004 and is now a stable contracting and services company with operations in the Greater Stockholm area. The company’s head office is located in Täby, north of Stockholm. The company’s assignments are distributed relatively evenly between contracting and service assignments, mainly involving commercial properties and renovations of shops and shopping centres. Major customers include Arcona, Vasakronan and the Willys chain of supermarkets.
