Assemblin strengthens heating & sanitation capacity in Västergötland
Assemblin Heating & Sanitation has acquired Johansson o. Gunverth VVS- och El AB (“J&G”) with 33 employees and annual sales equivalent to SEK 72 million.
J&G was established in 1917 and has its office, a shop and a warehouse in Rävlanda (between Borås and Gothenburg), and is today owned by Lennart Andersson and Joakim Weiss. The operations encompasses superior departments for project- and service assignments. The customer base is diversified, comprising both private and corporate customers.
“J&G has stable and reputable operations with a broad customer base. It is also a company that complements our current Heating & Sanitation operations in western Sweden well geographically, and I am therefore very pleased with this acquisition,” says Andreas Aristiadis, EVP and CEO Assemblin H&S.
