Assemblin Ventilation is expanding with an acquisition in northern Sweden
Assemblin Ventilation has acquired Ventilationsfirma IM AB (“IM”), which has operations in Boden. IM generates annual sales of about SEK 25 million and has 11 employees.
IM was established as early as in 1959 and offers projects and service in ventilation technology from its offices in Boden. Customers include municipal companies, other public actors and private property companies.
“The market in northern Sweden is currently very strong, and we are therefore pleased to be able to expand our capacity with this acquisition. We have come to know IM as a well-managed company with a superior level of expertise and a great customer base, and it is with great pleasure that I welcome them to Assemblin,” says Håkan Ekvall, EVP and CEO at Assemblin Ventilation (Sweden).
