Assemblin establishes ventilation operations in Bergen, Norway
Assemblin has acquired all of the shares in Ingeniørfirmaet R. Torgersen AS in Bergen, thereby further strengthening its ventilation initiative. The acquisition also entails Assemblin establishing operations in the Vestland region for the first time.
Engineering firm R. Torgersen AS was founded in 2004. Today, the company generates sales of about NOK 100 million annually and employs 14 employees at its two offices in Bergen and Førde. Customers include both private and public-sector operations throughout the Vestland region.

The operations that we are now acquiring meet all of these criteria and will form a key component in our continued ventilation initiative. The business will continue to operate under its own brand but will form part of Assemblin Ventilasjon.
