Assemblin completes acquisition of Tom Allen Senera

Assemblin has completed its acquisition of Tom Allen Senera, Finland’s leading systems supplier of energy solutions to properties.

Assemblin’s acquisition of Tom Allen Senera, which was announced in a press release on 24 May 2021, has now been approved by the Finnish competition authorities and has subsequently been finalised with immediate effect. The acquisition results in Assemblin’s Finnish operations growing by slightly more than 90 employees and annual sales exceeding SEK 300 million.
