Assemblin expands in electrical engineering through acquisition
Assemblin strengthens its position in Eskilstuna and its environs with the acquisition of Stefan El AB (“Stefan El”) with annual sales of about SEK 20 million and 11 employees.
Stefan El was founded in 1986 and has since developed into a reputable electrical company with superior expertise and skills in, for example, power, lighting, machine installations, optic fibre networks, computer networks and charging infrastructure for electric cars. The company has a large proportion of service and repair assignments but also conducts new installation and renovation assignments within small and medium-sized projects.
“Stefan El is a well-run electrical company that strengthens our service offering and as well as our market position in Eskilstuna. We are very pleased to have been able to complete this acquisition, and look forward to continuing to develop our offering in the Mälardalen valley together with the team at Stefan El,” says Fredrik Allthin, President and head of the Assemblin Electrical business area.
Today, Stefan El is predominantly owned by Stefan Eriksson, who serves as the company’s CEO.
“Through Assemblin, we gain access to specialist functions and a larger network, which will benefit our employees and customers alike. We have built up a stable business, and look forward to continuing our journey together with Assemblin,” says Stefan Eriksson, CEO of Stefan El.
