Assemblin in agreement to acquire Tom Allen Senera – a leader within integrated energy solutions in Finland

Assemblin continues to lead the transformation to sustainable decarbonised building solutions with the acquisition of Tom Allen Senera (TAS), Finland’s largest installer of energy solutions with an annual turnover of approx. 30 MEUR and over 90 dedicated employees.

TAS is the leading integrator of energy solution combining geothermal, heat exchangers, cooling and other energy systems to provide sustainable and intelligent solutions. The broad customer base includes retail, residential, commercial, office and single-family homes across Finland.
