Assemblin in Norway to install heating and sanitation technology at Gregers kvartal in Oslo

Assemblin in Norway has signed a contract with AF group for heating and sanitation installations at the Gregers kvartal housing project in Oslo’s Løren neighbourhood. The contract is valued at NOK 66 million.

Gregers kvartal comprises 258 apartments divided between six buildings of six to eight storeys. In addition to residential apartments, the area will include a preschool, commercial premises, a parking garage and technical buildings with a total floor area of 33,000 m2. Assemblin will also be responsible for planning the project.

Gregers kvartal is owned by Eiendomsplan and USBL. The project is to be carried out in three stages of construction, commencing in May 2022 for Assemblin’s part. The project is scheduled for completion and hand-over in September 2024.
