Assemblin signs agreement with Skanska regarding installations in the “Överfarten 1” project in Jönköping (Sweden)
Assemblin Electrical och Ventilation has been commissioned to carry out electrical and ventilation installations in the Överfarten 1 residential project in Jönköping. The order value amounts to approximately SEK 20 million.
Assemblin will participate in the development of Överfarten 1, an extensive residential project in the Södra Munksjön area (Jönköping). The project, which is being implemented by Skanska for the end customer Lundbergs Fastigheter, includes 233 apartments distributed across four buildings with a garage in the basement, the ground floor is planned to accommodate retail premises. The contract is carried out according to ABT 06, and Assemblin Electrical is responsible for the design in-house.
The installation assignment extends from the beginning of 2026 to June 2028 and includes electrical and ventilation installations. The customer has highlighted quality, collaboration skills and high-tech expertise as decisive factors in choosing Assemblin as a supplier. Sustainability, including the environment, are also clear focus areas in the project.
