Fourth round of Assemblin’s qualified management training programme commences
Assemblin seeks to be the most attractive employer for the best employees in the industry – accordingly, skills development is a priority. The Group-wide leadership development programme for managers is starting again for the fourth time, tailored for Assemblin’s operations.
To be able to develop and deliver best solutions in the industry, Assemblin works actively to attract, develop and retain the best employees in the industry. This is achieved in several ways, mainly by offering interesting tasks and exciting projects in a healthy, stimulating and beneficial working environment, but also by offering skills development and internal career opportunities. Accordingly, each business area offers well-developed competence development programmes, but also advanced joint training programmes within the framework of Assemblin Academy. One of the cornerstones is the Assemblin Talent Programme (ATP), a tailor-made leadership training programme developed in collaboration with SSE Executive Education.
“ATP is a unique programme, tailored for our operations. The programme is structured around important leadership themes on which the participants work in concrete ways. The response from the previous participants has been highly favourable, and they appreciate having gained insights and practical tools for developing their leadership – and thus Assemblin as a company. The Group-wide program also gives participants the opportunity to exchange experiences and broaden their contact network, strengthening our culture and improving our processes,” says Mats Johansson, President and CEO of Assemblin.
The programme started at the end of March and will continue for a year.
