Per-Ingemar Persson becomes new Board Member at Assemblin
Per-Ingemar Persson is proposed for election as a new Board Member at Assemblin by the next Annual General Meeting on 11 May 2021.
Per-Ingemar Persson (born 1956) currently runs his own consulting business. After graduating from Lund University with a master’s degree in engineering, he has held a number of leading positions in companies in the construction and installation sector, including as President of Skanska Sweden, President of the former installation company NVS (which is now part of Assemblin) and President of Veidekke Sweden. Per-Ingemar is also currently a Board Member of Fabege AB (but has declined re-election by the next Annual General Meeting), Wihlborgs AB and Veidekke ASA, as well as Chairman of the Board of Northern Environmental and Water Solutions AB and ELU Konsult AB. Per-Ingemar is also proposed as a new Board Member of Bonava AB.
