AstaReal AB extends Astaxin Stockholm skincare line – launches three new premium products
AstaReal continues its commitment to high-quality skincare by expanding its Astaxin Stockholm line with three new products: an eye cream, a gentle face cleanser, and a moisturizing hand cream. All products in the series share a common ingredient, astaxanthin, and together they form a complete skincare routine.
“We have developed a simple, complete facial care routine. With these three new products, we offer a holistic solution under the brand Astaxin where both supplements and skincare work together to support the skin”, says Annelie Gunnarsson, Brand Manager at AstaReal AB.
The three new products build on AstaReal AB’s core values: high quality, scientific foundation, and a focus on consumer health. They are developed in close collaboration with experienced formulators and are manufactured in Sweden.
“All products share astaxanthin as a common ingredient, a natural antioxidant that helps protect the skin. Combined with other active ingredients, the products have moisturizing and nourishing properties that support skin health.”
The three new additions to the Astaxin Stockholm skincare line – the eye cream, the face cleanser, and the hand cream – were launched in Sweden and Shanghai in May 2025, with an official international launch at The New Well trade show in Paris. The skincare series already includes a face mist, a face cream, a face serum, and a lip balm.
“The eye cream is designed to revitalize the skin with a boost of moisture and enhance elasticity. It also helps reduce crow’s feet and dark circles under the eyes. The cleanser is a mild, fragrance-free formula, while the hand cream is moisturizing and nourishing, enriched with shea butter and ceramides. The hand cream is the only scented product in the line, with notes of bergamot, iris, and juniper.”
All Astaxin skincare products are vegan, contain a high percentage of natural ingredients, and are made in Sweden. The products are also suitable for sensitive skin.
“We have been meticulous in developing each product, from ingredients to packaging. It is important for us to use recycled materials that can also be recycled again and create an aesthetically pleasing design that reflects our premium focus.”
Launch in Sweden and Internationally
The products will be available in selected premium retailers both in Sweden and internationally. Today, Astaxin Stockholm can be found at Depart.A.Mental at Arlanda Terminal 5, Miniware, Apohem, and S-kliniken Östermalm. More partnerships are underway.
