Initiation of share repurchase program

The Board of Directors of Atea ASA has resolved to initiate a share repurchase program. The share repurchase program is in accordance with the power of attorney granted to the Board by the Annual General Meeting of Atea ASA on April 25, 2024. The share repurchase program will be for a maximum consideration of NOK 120 million, and for a maximum of 650,000 shares. The program will commence on October 23, 2024 and continue until April 29, 2025 or until the maximum number of shares has been repurchased. Atea Q3 2024 financial report and presentation

Atea returned to sales and profit growth in Q3 2024, driven by new customer agreements and improving market conditions across most product categories. Gross sales increased by 5.4% to NOK 11.3 billion. Currency fluctuations had a positive impact of 4.9% on sales growth in Q3 2024. Total revenue (IFRS) grew by 3.1% to NOK 8.0 billion. Atea Finland wins large public sector frame agreement

Atea Finland has won a large frame agreement with Tiera Oy, a procurement agency for the public sector in Finland. Atea Finland will provide a broad range of hardware, software and services to the Finnish municipalities, education sector and to wellbeing services counties under the frame agreement. Atea Q2 2024 financial report and presentation

Atea reported lower financial results in the second quarter of 2024, as shipments of networking equipment fell from abnormally high levels in Q2 last year. Gross sales in Q2 2024 were NOK 14.7 billion, in line with last year. Revenue (IFRS) fell by 5.5% to NOK 8.4 billion. Currency fluctuations had a negative impact of 1.0% on revenue growth in Q2 2024. Hardware revenue fell by 8.3% from last year. The entire decline was due to lower deliveries of networking equipment. Shipments of networking equipment were exceptionally high in Q2 last year due to an easing of supply constraints.

Atea Q1 2024 financial report and presentation
