Atea ASA - share buyback

Oslo, 11 March

On 11 March 2022, Atea ASA has purchased a total of 30,000 own shares at the Oslo Stock Exchange at an average price of NOK 135.99 per share.

Following the completion of the above transactions, Atea ASA owns a total of 806,315 own shares, corresponding to 0.72% of Atea ASA's share capital.

Additional information on the buyback program:

Date on which the buyback program was announced: 11 February 2022

The duration of the buyback program: 14 February 2022 to 31 March 2022, or until the maximum number of shares has been repurchased.

Size of the buyback program: Up to 1,000,000 shares
