Atea Finland acquires Gambit Group

Atea Finland has acquired Gambit Group, an IT services provider based in Vaasa, Finland. The acquired business specializes in information management solutions, including data analytics, machine learning and related system development. The parties have agreed that transaction terms shall remain confidential.  Gambit Group had revenue of approximately 4 million Euro in the fiscal year ending March 2022, representing a growth rate of over 50% from the prior year.
